Our philosophy is making sure that our office is patient centered, which means we want to provide every patient with personalized and gold standard care for all our dental procedures and interactions.
Dr. Victor Spicer is here to help answer any questions you may have. To both existing, and new patients, we want to provide you with information on general, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and periodontic procedures. Depending on your individual need, our staff will work with you to ensure you are given all the treatment options, and schedule you an appointment that fits your schedule.

To submit the forms through your computer, please follow these instructions:
- Click on the applicable form below
- Click the "Download" button (usually found in the top right corner of the document)
- Once downloaded to your computer, right click on the file and select "Open With" and choose Adobe - If you do not have Adobe on your computer, you can download it using the link below
- Complete the form and click "Submit"
- The document will ask which email application you would like to use (Outlook, Gmail, etc), select your option. The form will automatically attach to the email and our email address will automatically appear in the "to" field.

What payments options do we offer?
For the convenience of all our patients, we accept payments made in cash, cheque, or various credit cards. However, we do not provide direct billing and are a non-assignment clinic. This means that a patient is responsible to pay the amount that is due before leaving the clinic.
